I do not do refunds, however, if you are unhappy with an item, I will try to work something out with you depending on your specific situation.
Please read my listings carefully so that you don’t accidentally buy a print thinking that is an original, for example. If an item comes to you as described in my listing, I do not offer the option of a refund.
In some (other) situations I will offer you the option of doing an exchange. If an item is damaged in the mail I will fix it for you to the best of my ability, free of charge.
All items are shipped, insured and fully tracked.
